The influenza vaccine
will be available next week for all students. Please go to the Hull High School
website and click on the School Nurse/Health Information page to download the insurance form and
screening questionnaire. You may also send your child to the nurse's office to
receive the form. The vaccine cannot be given unless the form is filled out.
