Prior to the Thanksgiving Rally, the student's of Hull High School participate in a "links contest." Classes compete against each other in seeing which class can purchase the most links. The links are then connected in the form of a paper chain and unveiled at the rally to announce the contest winner.
The winning class keeps 50% of the proceeds generated with the other 50% going to a charity of their choice. This year, the senior class was victorious. The seniors then selected the Batten Disease Support and Research Association as their charity of choice.
Please see below a note from the Executive Director of the charity. Congratulations on a job well done by the class of 2014.
